Our company started operations in 2002 in response to the demand for an engineering consultancy service that stood out from the existing standards.

From the company's earliest beginnings, our primary aim was to consolidate our clients from the building sector (construction companies, developers and architects) and to accompany them every step of the way from the start of their project through to the commissioning and operation of the finished building.

With this goal we embarked on a range of different types of building projects, providing support for developers and construction companies when defining the building services that were most suited to their buildings, designing systems that would guarantee an optimum level of comfort, quality and efficiency in keeping with the construction standards applied throughout the building as a whole.

 Our experience in designing various buildings for the housing and services sectors led us to take on the project for coordinating the installation of building services in the Madrid Arena multipurpose complex, which served as a valuable demonstration of our professional approach before a wide audience of potential clients in a variety of sectors.
